"I booked this apartment long time ago, and we've been in contact [with the host] ever since. He contacted me like a month before the trip, to make introduce me to the person who would take care of our check in and the day we traveled, he texted me asking if everything was ok. He definitely wants to make sure what he offers is flawless, and I can say it has absolutely been like that. Beautiful apartment with great decoration, perfect location. Nothing to complain, everything went just perfect!!"

Brilliant location, about 10 min walk from gondola, 5 min from town center. Lovely stylish appartment - slept 3 of us easily.

St Gervais is one of our favourite places to visit no matter the season. This is where our kids learnt to ski and started loving the mountains. Livio’s apartment is our home away from home. It is very spacious, with amazing views, very clean, beautifully furnished, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is an 8-10 minute walk to the cable car (and a free shuttle is available from across the road, near the Station for the Tramwai du Montblanc). Shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away and so is a playground for the kids. The building is very well maintained and has a storage room downstairs for skis and ski boots. A very nice touch was the bottle of Champagne left by the hosts. Livio has been very helpful and very quick to reply to our messages. We will go back as soon as we can and cannot recommend this place highly enough to a family with young or older children or a couple/couples. Thank you Livio for an amazing holiday! (Brandusa)
